Construction of an affordable residential building housing seventy-two (72) units on 2nd Avenue in Montreal (former Solotech property). The building will have thirty-eight (38) one-bedroom units, twenty-eight (28) two-bedroom units, and six (6) three-bedroom units, spread over six (6) floors and one (1) basement level. The project will include fifteen (15) parking spaces and one hundred and fifty-six (156) indoor bicycle parking spaces, all in compliance with zoning regulations. TIMELINE: The owner is currently requesting proposals from architectural professional consulting firms for the preparation of the project design and construction work monitoring. Reference number: 20107482. Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-12-08. Award by packages is not planned. Proposals submitted electronically are accepted via the SEAO, with two documents. Note.
