Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The new school is a 2-story steel framed structure on spread footings. The exterior façade consists of brick veneer, metal panels, aluminum curtainwall and storefront systems, and a fluid applied membrane roof and metal roof. The roofing system is being bid separately. Interior finishes consist of terrazzo, tile, wood, carpet and vinyl floors, tile and painted walls and acoustical ceilings. Site work includes site grading, storm water management systems, sanitary, water, gas and electric services to the building, asphalt and concrete paving, landscaping and play structures. Prior to construction of the new school the existing geothermal well field will be decommissioned. A temporary system of boilers and cooling towers has been installed to sustain the existing building while in use following disconnection from the existing well field. Upon completing construction of the new school, the existing school will be demolished and site work completed.
