The purpose of this request is to provide the City of Sioux Falls with formal bids for Abandoned City Training Center Training Center. This project is estimated at $300,000 and will be funded with CIP No. 09017. This project is estimate at $300,000 and will be funded with CIP No. 09017. The bidder will commence work under this contract and fully complete the project within 28 working days AND by May 1, 2026. Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the amount specified in the City of Sioux Falls current edition of the General Conditions for Public Improvements, Section 8.10, for each working day thereafter that the work remains uncomplete
