Cooling tower service is required at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform maintenance and service for the cooling tower system in accordance with VA standards and specifications. The work includes inspection, cleaning, testing, and any necessary repairs to ensure proper operation and efficiency of the cooling tower throughout the contract period. Services must comply with applicable regulations and manufacturer recommendations to maintain system performance and reliability. **Location:** James J.
