This development land was determined through the approved Regional Official Plan Amendment Number 30 (ROPA 30). To facilitate the future population growth, the Region is proposing to construct new water and wastewater infrastructure in the area. The Region has determined the need to construct Linear Works on King Street, Emil Kolb Parkway, Highway 50 and Columbia Way Projects 24-1190, 24-1191, 24-2192, 24-2195, 24-2196, 24-2187. A Performance Bond and Labour and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 50 per cent of the Contract value, which for the purposes of this prequalification is estimated up to $50,000,000.
