The project includes ADA restroom improvements, wall tile, flooring, ceiling, millwork, lighting, electrical and plumbing fixtures, exterior facade updates, courtyard upgrades, STEAM classroom, and ADA stage access. Bid Packages include: Demolition, Building & Site Concrete, Masonry, Rough Carpentry & General Trades, Architectural Wood Casework & Countertops, Fluid Applied Air Barriers & Joint Sealants, Roofing, Downspouts and Metal Flashings, EIFS, Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Flush Wood Doors, Aluminum Storefronts and Glazing, Door Hardware, Cold Formed Framing, Drywall and Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring and Tiling, Painting, Division 10 Specialties, Stage Lift, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Fire Alarm. Instructions to Bidders: Sealed bids must be addressed and delivered to Miller-Tippens Construction Co., LLC c/o Norman Public Schools at 45 NE. 52nd St. Oklahoma City, OK 73105 by the bid date and time. Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to familiarize themselves with existing conditions. All pre-bid RFIs are due as instructed. Bidders must submit a Subcontractor's Qualification Statement (AIA A305). A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount is required for bids over $50,000 (material vendors not required). Offers must be submitted on the Bid Form provided in the Project Manual. Bids not received on the official form may be considered incomplete. Bids are irrevocable for 60 days. The Owner and Construction Manager reserve the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any or all bids.
