Tenders are invited for providing all labor, supervision, vehicles, tools and materials, including all transportation required, to perform maintenance, repair, operation of agricultural equipment, moving of pipe, removing fences, cleaning culverts, clearing vegetation, and other work as specified herein and required from time to time, at the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District’s Prairie Plan Site in Fulton County, Illinois. The Contract shall commence upon approval of the Contractor’s Bond and terminate December 31, 2028, or upon expenditure of available funds, whichever occurs sooner. Group A – Agricultural Management: providing one (1) operating Engineer, one (1) agricultural laborer, and other classifications of labor, for the operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and agricultural equipment. Group B – Agricultural Fieldside Mowing: providing labor and equipment to perform agricultural mowing services for a combined area of approximately 1,600 acres. Group C – Fence Installation and Removal: providing labor, equipment, parts, and material to install and remove woven or barbed wire fence. There is no bid deposit for this Contract. A Contractor's bond will be required. Please refer to the CONTRACTOR’S BOND section in the Agreement for additional information about this requirement.
