Renovation of an educational facility in Coventry, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Coventry Public Schools will receive sealed bids for Coventry High School Fire Protection Renovations. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the Director of Finance, Coventry Public Schools, and be plainly marked "Coventry High School Fire Protection Renovations." Bidders are required to provide two hard copies and one electronic copy on USB. This is a prevailing wage project that requires a 5% Bid Bond and 15% MBE/WBE Participation. The successful bidder will be required to furnish 100% Payment and Performance Bonds at the time of award. Coventry Public Schools reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any and all bids or to accept any deemed to be in the best interest of the School Department.
