Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Peoria, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade educational facility; and two-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bid proposals are invited for renovations and an addition at Hollis School, 5613 W Tuscarora Rd, Peoria, IL. The project consists of renovating the existing natatorium to create new classrooms, restrooms, and storage areas. It also includes constructing a new entryway with a LULA elevator for accessible vertical circulation to the second floor of the school. Work commencement is at the owner's discretion. All work is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, the Equal Employment Opportunity Clause, the Illinois Drug Free Workplace Act, and all other applicable laws and ordinances. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and accept or reject any or all bids in the owner's best interest. Electronic bidding documents are available to registered bidders at the architect's website, and printing is the responsibility of the plan holder in accordance with the website's terms and conditions.
