The Parks and Recreation Department of Kansas City, Missouri is soliciting sealed bids for the Blues Park Skate Rink-Rebid, Project Number 70237500. Interested bidders should note the City's goals for participation by Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women's Business Enterprises (WBE), which are set at 15% for each. Bidding documents can be accessed online at the Kansas City, Missouri Plan Room. All addenda and project documents will be posted at this online location. Bids must be submitted by the specified deadline to the designated address. Question Deadline 12/05/2025: All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents may be directed to the Project Manager listed at the end of these Instructions to Bidders. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
