Washington County seeking a contractor to provide as-needed repair and maintenance to various styles of partition walls within owned/leased Washington County buildings. Partition walls are both mechanically powered and non-mechanical. Question Deadline 12/09/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Licensing per ORS 468A.720 (working with asbestos) is not required for this project. The County may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the County it is in the public interest to do so. Washington County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the County.
