Provide periodic updates to ADECA on environmental review progress for NEVI projects statewide. Develop and maintain a centralized tracking system for environmental review milestones, approvals, and agency coordination. Assist in preparing summary reports for FHWA or USDOT as required under the NEVI Formula Program. 5) Subrecipient Site Plan Review Review and approve subrecipient site plans. 6) Final Inspection Services Conduct final inspections at each project site. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications and to solicit additional qualifications, through the RFQ process, if that is determined to be in the best interests of the State of Alabama.
