Work to be done shall consist of furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary to construct the Storm Drainage Improvements to Serve Woodbridge Subdivision Phase II including approximately 548 linear feet of 36" RCP, approximately 622 linear feet of 30" RCP, approximately 409 linear feet of 4" perforated pipe with sock, 6" PVC water line lowering, drainage structures, erosion control, grassing, and all other appurtenances necessary to complete the project in accordance with the specifications and construction drawings. All work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work will be awarded in one contract. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. Any bid received after the specified time and date will not be considered. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty days except as specifically may be provided in the instructions to bidders or by State law. Time allotted for completion of work is 180 consecutive calendar days.
