Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The scope of this project is to furnish and install geofabric and stone armor to mitigate lagoon levee slope erosion. Bidders for this work are required to comply with the President’s Executive Order 11246, as amended. The requirements for Bidders and Contractors under this order are explained in the specifications. All Bidders shall conform with Act 150 of 1965, as amended, to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors. Particular attention is called to the conditions of employment to be observed. Proposals will be considered based on cost, the bidder’s financial responsibility, equipment, and past performance in completing similar work. A bid bond at the amount of five percent of the bid proposal shall be submitted with the bid proposal. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening. North Little Rock Wastewater reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities and to accept the proposal deemed to be in their best interest.
