College Station Independent School District (CSISD) is soliciting competitive proposals from vendors pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Government Code 2269, it is the intent of College Station Independent School District ("District") to select a Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR") in a one-step process. The selected Construction Manager will assist the District and their Architect with pre-construction services and work on the project there after as a Construction Manager at Risk. CSISD reserves the right to reject any or all responses, waive technical defects in responses, and select the response that is deemed most advantageous to the district. CSISD reserves the right to reject a proposal if, in their opinion, such contractor cannot meet the requirements of these specifications, or has a record of poor performance with the district or references provided by the contractor.
