Renovation of an educational facility in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
**As of January 05, 2026, project was awarded, start date is Spring and will be completed by Fall** Separate sealed bids are requested for MEP upgrades at South Abington Elementary School, to be bid as the following prime contracts: HVAC Construction and Electrical Construction. Bidders must secure a complete set of bidding documents. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, money order, cashier's good faith check, or bid bond in an amount not less than 10% of the total bid as security. Performance and payment bonds are required. Each bid must also include a Non-Collusion Affidavit as specified. The right to waive any informality, reject any or all bids, or award any contract in the best interest of the owner is reserved. All bidders and subcontractors must comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Procurement Code for Prevention of Environmental Pollution.
