Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bergen, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a power facility; for site work for a power facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This project involves the installation of new 34.5 kV and 12.47 kV Substation Equipment, including demolition of old substation, excavation and installation of new concrete foundations, conduit and grounding, and new power and control cables, complete as required by the Contract Documents and Drawings. Bids shall be submitted, in triplicate with an electronic copy on USB Flash Drive, to the Village of Bergen Electric Department Attn: Cortney Gale, 11 North Lake Avenue, PO Box 100, Bergen, NY between 8:30 and 4:30, Monday through Friday. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes with the name and address of the Bidder and the name and number of the contract for which the bid is submitted clearly marked on the face of the envelope. Bids shall be submitted on the provided forms in accordance with the Information for Bidders. Each bid must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of 5% of the Bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. A non-collusive certificate must accompany the bid. The successful Bidder will have to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Labor and Materials Bond. No Bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any and all bids.
