Renovation of a municipal facility in Bergen, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
A. The work to be performed consists principally of furnishing all labor and equipment to replace certain Air Handler Units (AHUs). B. The AHU Replacements will be through a Mechanical Work Contract to comply with the requirements of General Municipal Law, Section 101, Article 5-A, known as Wicks Law in accordance with the 2008 reforms. Replacement of the air handling unit (AHU) at the Bergen Town Hall.
