Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes the construction of 11 maintenance holes and the rehabilitation of 6,700 linear feet of pipe-in-pipe sanitary sewer using cured in place pipe. The project also involves sanitary sewer (gravity), landscaping (tree and shrub clearing), trenchless utility construction, erosion control slope and bank stabilization, traffic control, installation of fencing, guardrails, and handrails, stormwater improvements, manhole rehabilitation, watershed protection riprap, pipe lining, utility street construction and excavation, sewer re-lining, water and wastewater facilities, sewer inspection rehabilitation, sewer utility cleaning, tree cutting, aggregate work, demolition, building removal, hauling, salvage, sawcutting sidewalk and pavement, environmental remediation, traffic control signal systems, pavement removal, excavation, traffic control flagging, seeding, installation of traffic control devices (signals, signing, etc.), televising sewers, grubbing and clearing, concrete pavement removal, and landscaping (tree trimming cutting).
