Renovation of a municipal facility in North Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Roof replacement at the United States Postal Service-owned North Charleston Processing and Distribution Center includes removal of the existing roof system and installation of a new roof system in compliance with USPS specifications. The contractor will coordinate all work to avoid interference with facility operations and manage all phases of the project in collaboration with the Facility Manager or designee. The project requires submission of a subcontracting plan and a project-specific safety plan acceptable to the USPS Contracting Officer prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The contractor must obtain 100 percent performance and payment bonds within seven calendar days of receiving a Notice of Intent to Award and comply with USPS contractor screening requirements under Clause F-102. Location: 7075 Cross County Road, Charleston, SC 29418-3337, Charleston County.
