Renovation of a swimming pool in Laredo, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade swimming pool.

The purpose of this project is to repair the existing swimming pool. this project is approximately 510 square feet swimming pool area size. Work includes structural, mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic repairs to bring the swimming pool into safe, code compliant, and fully operational condition. All work shall comply with the Department of Community Development /Municipal Housing general requirements. Work specifications shall comply with all building codes currently adopted by City of Laredo. Contractor shall keep job site clean, safe, and in an orderly manner. Contractor will be solely responsible for obtaining and paying for all required city permits, requests for construction progress inspections, and final inspections of this project. Contractor shall familiarize himself/herself with the scope of the project, existing conditions, and proposed improvements to the project. No additional compensation will be given to the Contractor for failure to visit the job site and familiarize himself/herself with the project as noted above. Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their proposals electronically through Cit-E-Bid or in person via hand delivery. Mailed bids (including USPS, FedEx, UPS), telegraphic, emails, or facsimile bids will not be considered.
