Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Laredo, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Vendors are required to submit a response for the rehabilitation of the El Pico Water Treatment Plant Sedimentation Basin for the Utilities Department. The City of Laredo reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularities. If both an electronic and a properly completed manual bid are submitted, the electronic bid will be used to determine the total bid amount. Manual bids that are incomplete will not be considered if an electronic bid is submitted. Bid forms must be downloaded and printed; mailed, telegraphic, or facsimile proposals will not be considered. Bidders must submit a satisfactory cashier's or certified check, or bidder's bond, payable without recourse to the order of the City of Laredo, Texas, in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid. This check or bond will serve as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute performance and payment bonds within ten days after Notice of Award for contracts in excess of $25,000.
