Renovation of a fire / police facility in Naples, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.
**As of February 17th, 2026, the project was awarded to iRoof, LLC, with an awarded amount of $308,286.25** The District is requesting Bids from interested and qualified contractors to provide for the roof replacement and roof/strap retrofitting of Station 71 to mitigate impacts of hurricane winds. Bids must be submitted via Demand Star in accordance with the requirements contained in the provided information packet and on the proper forms provided by the District. Non-discrimination is required from any firm who is a recipient of District funds or proposes to perform any work or furnish any goods under this ITB, and no unfair employment practices shall be committed.
