Cicero School District 99 will accept sealed lump sum trade contractor bids for the Brian Dominick Early Childhood Center at 1630 S. 59th Ave. Cicero, IL 60804. Bid packages include: Cast-in-Place Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel & Metal Fabrications, General Trades, Roofing, Glazing, Porcelain & Ceramic Flooring, Flooring, Resinous Flooring, Sealed Concrete and Polished Concrete, Painting, Casework, Fire Suppression Sprinkler System, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Excavating, Backfilling, Grading, Utilities and Site Demolition, Paving, Site Concrete, and Landscape & Exterior Improvements. The project consists of providing all work per Contract Documents dated 11/03/2025 and Bid Manual dated 11/24/2025, and any addenda issued during the bid period. Bidders must obtain current drawings, specifications, and the bid manual from Vision Construction and Consulting, Inc. or BHFX Digital Imaging. Bidders may rely only on the bid documents and written addenda for information, not any oral statements from representatives or agents of the School District, architects, engineers, or consultants. All questions regarding the bid must be submitted in writing to Vision Construction & Consulting, Inc. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage requirements for Cook County, Illinois, and all equal employment requirements. Each bid must include a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid, which can be a bid bond from a surety licensed in Illinois, a cashier’s check, or a certified check payable to the School District. The District may defer contract award for up to 60 calendar days from bid receipt and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.
