Other personnel are not authorized to answer questions regarding this Solicitation The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary for mechanically planting approximately 15,000 trees on approximately 26 acres. The purpose of this work is to restore old hayfields to forest land on Woross Wildlife Management Area (WMA) within Aitkin County, MN by planting seedlings of tree species. This project may not be sub-contracted in whole or in part. The location of the project is: Woross Wildlife Management Area, T46N-R23W, Section 19, near McGregor, MN.
