Site work and new construction of an industrial development in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a 13,500-square-foot, one-story above grade industrial development.
The Bidder shall provide and deliver all materials, plans, and specifications for the construction of a new gas maintenance shop for the City of Las Vegas Gas Department. The building dimensions are 125' x 60' x 18'. The building must be designed in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local Laws and must meet all necessary snow and wind loads. The building requirements include: 1. 125' x 60' x 18', 2. Three 14'x16' overhead doors, 3. Three 36" x 80" man doors, 4. All necessary trim, 5. 26 gauge trim, gutter, and downspouts standard weather, 6. Roof panels 24 gauge standard weather PBR, 7. Wall panels 26 gauge standard weather PBR, 8. Framing must be red iron steel.
