Professional Engineering Services are required on an as-needed basis for the City, including but not limited to: day-to-day consultation as requested by the City Utility Director or designee, attendance at staff and/or Council meetings, facilitation of meetings to develop planning and design of projects, completion of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil design services, attendance at coordination meetings with City staff and external agencies to gain necessary approvals, preparation and submission of construction documents, cost estimates, specifications, schedules, technical assistance in completing environmental reviews, assistance with applications and obtaining funding, construction observation and inspection, technical assistance on in-house projects, provision of technical information concerning specific projects, construction phase engineering services, review and assessment of submittals and invoices, and additional services as specifically requested by the City.
