Plans call for the demolition of the existing TFC Insurance building and the construction of a new multi-story Office of the Governor building at 1100 San Jacinto Blvd., Austin, TX. The new building is to be approximately 125,000 square feet, with below-grade parking for about 300 stalls and accommodate around 450 employees. As of May 6, 2026, construction is slated to begin in January 2028. However, the substantial completion date has not been identified.
