This prequalification package encompasses the construction of the following elements listed below: Question Deadline 12/09/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Any questions or requests for clarification during the solicitation period must be submitted in writing by the Bidder to: Attention: Megan Larabie, Procurement Coordinator Email: mlarabie@ellisdon.com Cc: Amber Yemen, APM - Procurement Email: ayemen@ellisdon.com EllisDon is seeking a Subtrade to construct concrete pads and bollards for 9 buildings at the Eastern Ontario Campus Project across the South and North Sites between Copeland Road & Jock Trail along Dwyer Hill. o Apron Slabs : Only earthworks scope required o Outdoor Storage Pads: Only earthworks scope required. o Transformer Pads: Only earthworks and structural scopes are required. o Bollards: Only earthworks and structural scopes are required. o South Turnstiles Concrete Pad: Final earthworks and structural scopes required. o CEP Fueling Concrete Pad: Final earthworks and structural scopes are required. Site Area: Approximately 215 acres bordered by Copeland to Franktown. All work will be within secure areas with exceedingly strict rules of engagement and operating procedures. Typical hours are between 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
