Reference Number 0000307999 The Conseil des Ecoles Catholiques du Centre-Est (CECCE) wishes to expand its extracurricular sports and student development offerings by implementing structured training programs in various disciplines at its Garneau Catholic High School, located at 6588 Carriere Street, Ottawa K1C 1J4. To this end, the CECCE is issuing this call for expressions of interest to identify qualified organizations, clubs, sports academies, or businesses capable of designing and delivering training and development services tailored to the school environment. The CECCE is seeking two distinct types of services: 1. Racquet Sports Training Programs. These programs focus on the practice and development of skills in disciplines such as tennis, pickleball, badminton, and other similar sports. The objectives are to promote active participation, the development of technical and tactical skills, personal discipline, and sportsmanship. Expected services may include: the planning and delivery of supervised training sessions; the provision of qualified and certified coaches; access to safe and suitable sports facilities; the provision of the equipment necessary for the practice; the educational and logistical coordination of activities. 2. Golf Training and Development Programs These programs aim to introduce and train students in the game of golf, while fostering concentration, self-control, and respect for the educational values associated with the sport. Expected deliverables may include: the organization of training and learning sessions led by qualified professionals; the provision of practice facilities (fields, simulators, etc.); technical and educational support for students; the integration of elements of physical conditioning and personal development. Bidders may submit a proposal for either of the disciplines mentioned in this notice, namely racquet sports or golf, or submit a single offer covering both types of services. Each proposal will be evaluated according to the criteria specific to the discipline concerned.
