This prequalification package encompasses the construction of the following elements listed below. EllisDon is seeking a subtrade to construct the front entrances and back entrance for 9 buildings at the Eastern Ontario Campus Project across the South and North Site between Copeland Road and Jock Trail along Dwyer Hill. o Site Area: Approximately 215 acres bordered by Copeland to Franktown. o All work will be within secure areas with exceedingly strict rules of engagement and operating procedures. o Typical hours are between 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday. o The work is anticipated to start in June 2026 with an estimated duration of two (2) years.
