Reference Number 0000307949 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/12/05 11:59:00 PM EST The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers from qualified contractors to provide all labour, equipment, and materials for the maintenance hole and catch basin repairs (the "Work") on an as and when required basis at various locations throughout the City of Ottawa in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO). It is the City's intent to authorize up to (3) three Eligibility Lists consisting of up to (3) three lowest responsive Offerors per each Eligibility List. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
