Site work and new construction of a military facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
Design and construction of a self-contained, purpose-built extension, which will be physically integrated to their existing building infrastructure. This building will serve as an extension of current operations, providing additional space to support business growth and specialized functions. This project may include a new parkade. This project will include design of the new space, build and connection of the new space to existing building. TIMELINE: An Advanced Procurement Notice (APN) has been issued by the owner. Updates will be made upon release of RFP for Modified Design-Build (MDB). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The estimated cost construction of the proposed Modified Design-Build (MDB) Contract is in the range of $150M-$300M. It is anticipated that this solicitation will be initiated in Spring 2026. This is conditional on receiving approval to proceed by CSE. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
