Construction of a regional detention pond for Friars Creek Watershed, located west of 5th Street between Avenue V and Friars Creek Drive. The project includes improvements to existing drainage structures, grading and excavation of a new detention pond, installation of an outfall structure, erosion control measures, as well as necessary utility relocations. The engineer's estimate of probable cost associated with this project is $2,882,475. The selected Contractor shall complete the work within 182 consecutive calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
