Marlow Water Supply Corporation is seeking construction contractor(s) experienced in installing new backup generators and propane tanks and construction services. This RFP is for installation of new backup generators and accompanying propane tanks as well as new construction services for projects funded with the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program of the Federal Emergency Management Agency and funds received by Marlow Water Supply Corporation. Multiple contracts may be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Marlow Water Supply Corporation intends to enter into new agreements with one or more qualified construction entities to provide construction services. The Project is funded in part with Federal funds and is subject to all applicable Federal, State and Locallaws, statutes and regulations. By Submitting a response to this solicitation, the submitting responder agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, statutes, and regulations. It is the responsibility of the submitting Responder to ensure that the proposal is received in a timely manner. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered for award, regardless of whether or not the delay was outside the control of the submitting provider.
