The City of Temple, Texas, (City) is seeking Proposals from highly experienced, reputable firms to provide Pre-Construction and Construction Services for the construction of improvements to the City Hall attic and third floor (Project). Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2269.251, Contracts for Facilities: Construction Manager-at-Risk, it is the intent of the City to use a one-step process to select a Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) based on qualifications and proposed fees. This Request for Proposals (RFP) provides the information necessary to prepare and submit Qualifications and a Fee Proposal for consideration and ranking by the City. The City will rank the Proposals in the order that they provide the "best value" for the City based on the published selection criteria and on the ranking evaluations. The City may request the "most" qualified Respondents to attend an interview with the City to clarify their Proposal and answer additional questions.
