Davie County Recreation and Parks (DCRP) is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive design planning, engineering, landscape architecture, grant management, and construction administration and oversight services for the enhancement of Lake Louise Park. The project centers on the sustainable placement, construction, and installation of recreational facilities, such as fitness stations, a gazebo, gaga ball pit, cornhole, walking trail, sidewalks, site amenities, entrance signage, and related site improvements. The scope of work covers all elements proposed in the site plan and may include future proposed elements, based on the site-specific master plan and the approved Parks and Recreation Trust Fund (PARTF) site plan and project costs (Exhibits 'A', 'B', and 'C'). Breakdown of these costs include $400,000 for building and development, $80,000 for planning, and $20,000 for contingency. There are no other County funds appropriated or budgeted for the project.
