The City of Springfield is seeking proposals from qualified historic preservation consultants to perform two intensive-level Historic Architectural Surveys. One survey is for a portion of the West College Street Corridor and the second survey is for Small Historic Gas Stations within city limits. The surveys will document historic architectural resources, evaluate eligibility for listing in the National Register of Historic Places and for local landmark designation, and provide updated information to support preservation planning and redevelopment efforts. The selected Consultant shall conduct field documentation, research, analysis, and reporting in accordance with the Missouri State Historic Preservation Office’s Standards for Professional Architectural and Historic Surveys.
