These projects will renovate approximately 65,274 gross square feet of university classroom and academic spaces, create new classrooms of various sizes and add smaller instructional spaces at all campuses. Building components, such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems; plumbing and electrical systems; flooring; ceilings; roofs; windows; doors; internal walls; partitions; and elevators may be upgraded in this project bundle. These projects are essential to meeting the growing demand for space to support student enrollment growth and the evolving program needs associated with new fields of learning and teaching methodologies.
