Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Tempe, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; water / sewer project; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Installation of new and repair to existing concrete sidewalks, slabs, and curb and gutter; asphalt pavement restoration; repair and replacement of storm drain curb inlets and related street drainage features; miscellaneous concrete and asphalt pavement repair; and concrete work to improve pedestrian accessibility, including construction of ADA ramps. Work for this project involves an on-call maintenance contract for the repair and replacement of concrete infrastructure, asphalt pavement restoration, construction of various improvements, and emergency repairs. This contract establishes unit pricing and an amount not to exceed the contract term. The contract is utilized throughout the year by various City departments, and the contract amount is based on the estimated needs for the contract term. Work is funded by various Capital Improvement sources such as Transit for concrete and pavement restoration at bus stops; Water Utilities for concrete and pavement after water line breaks; and Streets for installation and repair of sidewalks, curb and gutter, ADA ramps, etc Question Deadline 08/20/2026 at 4:00 PM MT contractor_support@tempe.gov
