The lowest price will determine the ranking of the successful tenderers. The general contractor will be required to carry out work of varying scope, upon request, for renovation, improvement and interior and exterior refurbishment projects or portions thereof. This call for tenders covers the following campuses and facilities: Lot 1: All Udem facilities except the Saint-Hyacinthe campus. Lot 2: Saint-Hyacinthe campus. Important: Bidders may bid on one lot only or on both lots.
