The purpose of this solicitation for Emerson Street Warehouse Pallet Rack Installation is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide and install warehouse and racking services at JEA's Emerson Street Warehouse located at 2325 Emerson Street Jacksonville, Florida 32207 as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship. Background JEA owns, operates and manages the electric system established by the City of Jacksonville, Florida since 1895. In June 1997, JEA also assumed operation of the water and sewer system previously managed by the City.
