The City of Folsom (City) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified contractors to provide on-call infrastructure maintenance services on an as-needed basis. The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a pool of pre-qualified contractors with the capacity and expertise to perform a variety of Public Works construction, maintenance, and repair projects. Contractors may team with qualified subcontractors to ensure the capability to perform all services identified within the scope of services as part of their submitted Statement of Qualifications. Items of work may include, but are not limited to, the following: Asphalt Pavement, Concrete Flatwork, Sawcutting, Grading, Compaction, ADA Compliance, Traffic Control, Chip Seal, Slurry Seal, Seal Coat, Pavement Delineation and Markings, Utility Adjustments, Underground Utility Repair, Electrical, Fiber Optics, Metal Beam Guard Rail and other miscellaneous incidental work. Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing via email to the contact listed below no later than December 12, 2025. Responses to all inquiries will be provided via Addendum Responses from City Due December 16, 2025 The City estimates awarding multiple task orders totaling between $500,000 and $1,000,000 per year for all services requested under this agreement *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The City The City may, without prejudice to any other right or remedy, give written notice to the Contractor and its surety or sureties of its intention to terminate the Contract.
