Site work for a water / sewer project in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
This project is for a waterline extension on Winterhaven Lane in Winston-Salem, NC. The project includes the installation of approximately 370 linear feet of 8-inch water line along with all tie-ins, pavement repair, and traffic control. Bidders must be properly licensed as required by Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. The M/WBE subcontracting goals for this project are 6% MBE and 4% WBE and must be met separately. Bidders are encouraged to carefully read and understand the contents of the Bidding Documents. Bid documents can be obtained by contacting the designated city representative. Submit a single PDF file of your bid entitled “Bid for Winterhaven WL Extension” to the specified email address. Instructions for submitting proposals and technical questions are provided through contact information in the bidding notice. Attendance at a virtual pre-bid conference is encouraged but not mandatory, as it counts towards the Good Faith Effort for the M/WBE requirements.
