Forsyth Technical Community College is seeking a qualified mechanical engineering firm to design a new HVAC system for the existing Forsyth building, an 11,600 sq.ft. single story building located on the main campus at 2100 Silas Creek Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC. The project must comply with State Construction Office and City of Winston-Salem planning requirements, permitting processes, the NC Building code, regulations, guidelines, and best practices. The selected engineering firm will be required to provide documented confirmation that the new facility fulfills the functional and performance requirements for the building owner, occupants, and operators. Interested firms must be properly licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in the State of North Carolina. Proposals should be submitted electronically with company information in no more than 10 pages.
