Carman-Ainsworth Community Schools is accepting bids for the Carman-Ainsworth Middle School Athletic Site Renovations Project located at Carman-Ainsworth Middle School, 1409 Maple Rd., Flint, Michigan. Bid proposals must be delivered to the Carman-Ainsworth Community Schools Business Office, Attn: Russ Parks, G-3475 W Court St., Flint, MI 48532 before 2:00 PM on December 17, 2025, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read. Bid proposers are to submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of the proposal. Bid proposals must be submitted on the forms provided with the bid specification packet, must be sealed, and must be clearly labeled and include the wording "Proposal: Carman-Ainsworth Middle School Athletic Site Renovations", and be personally delivered or sent by mail or express carrier. Proposals sent by facsimile or electronic mail will not be accepted or considered. Proposals must remain firm for sixty (60) days after the official bid opening date. The owner and Board reserve the right to waive bid irregularities and to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any informality therein. A pre-bid conference will be conducted for prime bidders and other interested parties on December 4, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Bidders shall assemble at the main entry of the stadium at Carman-Ainsworth Middle School, 1409 Maple Rd, Flint, MI. Documents may be obtained only by general contract bidders. Others may view the bid documents at various construction associations.
