Remodeling of a day care center in Flint, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade day care center.
Sealed bids are requested for the Early Childhood Programs and Services Window Coverings Project for the Genesee Intermediate School District. Bids are accepted only from qualified contractors and must be mailed or hand delivered; electronic and facsimile bids will not be accepted. Each bid must include a bid bond equal to 5% of the bid amount. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided in the contract specifications. A highly recommended pre-bid meeting will be held at the Early Childhood Programs and Services location. Bidders may request contract documents from the Director of Operations. All questions regarding bidding and specifications should be directed to the Director of Operations before the specified deadline. Proposals must be received by the designated time and date at the specified location, and any received after the deadline will not be considered or opened.
