Demolition and abatement of the existing buildings and site and Construction of the new Flint High School and associated site improvements. The new school is approximately 200,000 SF including a gymnasium, auditorium, administration wing, community space, and academic support spaces. The project is anticipated to historically preserve a portion of the existing High School building on the site. The various site improvements include parking lots, athletics, and other amenities.
