Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Flint, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade medical facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.
General contractor proposals are requested for two proposals: Armstrong Science Lab Remodeling and RAHS Clinic Remodeling for the Kearsley Community School District at Armstrong Middle School. Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Owner at the administration office. The sealed bid envelope must be labeled accordingly and include two copies of the completed Form of Proposal, a Familial Disclosure Statement, and a Bid Bond (for bids over $50,000). Bidders must provide a notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the bidder or their employees and any member of the board of education or the superintendent. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the district. All bids must remain open and irrevocable for sixty days from the due date. Any questions should be directed to the Architect's office.
