Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Wayland, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Triangle Associates, Inc., as Construction Manager for Wayland Union Schools, will receive proposals from qualified contractors for the High School Series 2 Project. Bids must be submitted no later than 11 am on December 11 at the Wayland Admin. Office, 893 E. Superior St., Wayland, MI 49348, with a public bid opening shortly after. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled at Wayland High School, 870 E Superior St, Wayland, MI 49348. Bid bonds and payment and performance bonds are required. Bids received after the specified date, time, and location will not be opened, considered, or accepted. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders in the Project Manual for complete bidding information.
